Can I book your gardening services online?
Yes, we offer start-to-finish online bookings for residential gardening services through Same Day Gardener, our dedicated booking platform.
For commercial, NDIS and Home Care gardening projects, we ask you to submit a form via our website with your contact details and more information about the job. We'll then get back to you with a personalised quote.
Are your gardeners police-cleared and fully insured?
Yes, all our gardeners are skilled professionals who are fully insured to work on your property and have obtained a police clearance.
Do I need to be at my property?
You're more than welcome to, but you don't have to. This one's totally up to and what's most convenient for you.
Most of our customers are not present when our gardeners are on the job but they’re equally comfortable with you being there.
If you need to brief us with very specific instructions it's worth being there for the first appointment.
Also, if you need to provide us with access to parts of the property in order to do our work, you'll need to make arrangements for this.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, life happens! However, please give us as much notice as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you, even if that means rescheduling a job.
Is there a minimum call-out fee?
No, we don’t have a minimum call-out fee.
How do I pay?
We operate as a paperless, cashless enterprise, so we'll either provide you with an electronic invoice or take card payment after the job has been completed.
Do you take away green waste?
Our first port of call is any green bins available on the property.
When that is not enough, we can bag up your green waste in 120L heavy duty garbage bags and leave these on the property.
Alternatively, if you require the green waste to be removed, we offer a waste removal service for a modest surcharge.
If you think you'll need to include waste removal please try to let us know in advance.
Can the weather affect my appointment?
Yes, heavy rain or extreme heat can affect the quality of our work.
We always aim to deliver quality work and exceed your expectations, but we also take the safety and health of our gardeners very seriously.
In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We'll always attempt to let you know as soon as possible based on weather forecasts.
Do I need to supply the gardeners with anything?
Nope, you're all good! Our gardeners will bring everything they need with them.
