Gardening and property presentation
Arrange recurring gardening and suitable outdoor upkeep around the needs of the property, including shared outdoor areas. Tell us the tasks and frequency required so we can confirm what we can provide.
Home cleaning and shared areas
Enquire about home cleaning and care of shared areas across one home or multiple properties. We’ll discuss access, scheduling and the work required with your team.
Suitable minor maintenance
Send us the specific small property-care tasks for review. We’ll confirm whether they are within our service capability and agree a scope before work begins.
Scope and payment responsibilities
SIL arrangements can include support with household tasks, but property upkeep and routine repairs may be the responsibility of an owner or landlord rather than paid from a participant’s NDIS plan. We won’t assume every task is NDIS funded. Garden Care West confirms the work it can deliver and who is responsible for payment with the relevant parties before work begins.
